I can't believe I'm actually in the same room as Dara Rutt and Henri L'Aventure.

It's an incredible experience.

The reason why we did this was not to make a hit record, it was to give everybody the job experience.

I walked into the room and saw about 20 to 30 musicians and thought, how are we possibly going to get them all involved?

We're working with some of the biggest people in the industry.

They've been brilliant, it's been an eye opener.

Working with the young people was so moving.

We ended up with some young people starting their career, how they want to start it, and that was basically how it turned out.
