get distracted we either have ******** we have things that we have to attend to or we are distracted
by our phones and i think now more than ever a lot of us tune right into the news media social media
and that can be very overwhelming and very stressful for us first thing in the morning so
nice taste in music thank you bro every day from now on as much as possible to before you pick up
your phone or before you do anything grab some water if you need to wake up a few minutes earlier
you're going to use this time to tune out any distractions that are happening around you
and tune in to yourself so taking this time first thing in the morning we're going to be focusing a
lot on our breath we're going to be doing some nice light stretches to kind of wake ourselves up and
this is really going to set you up for your day so you don't need any equipment besides if you need some yoga blocks to help support you in some of the poses
you will need a soft surface such as a yoga mat beneath you i think that's it so without further
ado let's get to it all right so first you're going to start either on your knees or cross-legged
whatever is most comfortable for you and we're going to start off by doing five hold on
