Just move this over a little bit.
And I got my yoga strap this morning too so I want to take some time to just stretch out my arms.
I'm going to use the yoga wheel but before I get doing that I like to the center of your back gets
really tight. So it's important to stretch out you know basically that center part of your back.
And a good way to do it is just you can use a towel or a strap but just put your arms up
and just want to get your shoulders moving a bit.
Nice deep breaths.
Up and down here.
Now anywhere you feel like maybe your shoulder is tight or maybe it's sore, like my right
shoulder is sore, my left one is a bit tight across the top and my right one is tight underneath
the shoulder.
So I'm just going to stretch out that area.
So start with the right, deep breath in, extend over.
And switch to the other side.
Back to center, let's do it again.
Stretch that side out.
Back up and shoulder.
Now we are going to come up and down again.
If you can't go all the way down, if you are only here, just go back and forth like this.
What this strap does is it gives you a resistance, but it also holds your arms in a certain length apart.
So everything you do to get your arms moving, if they are not moving right, then you need to do these to get them moving again.
