You might not know it, but this place was built in 1910, and it was the first privately owned power plant in Los Angeles.
That's right, Chad. That was back in the day.

And the dirty little secret is that at night, when the regular workers of the day went home and the night shift took over,
they would let the famous filmmakers of this era come in and shoot some unbelievable stuff.
In fact, my great-great-great-grandmother, Lucille Dior, starred in one of the very first adult films shot right here in this room over 100 years ago.
