Hi, I'm gonna make a smoothie but I'm gonna add one special, very special ingredient.

I got a special organic yogurt from the farmers market like yesterday or no two
days ago so let's see how it is. It's from Lynn Haven. She said she doesn't add
thickeners because it's organic or whatever.

Add some frozen mango.
Oh wait, I forgot to put the most important thing in.

I've never bought this kind before.
Today I'm using Arugula.
And you know what? I'm going to add some applesauce.
because I live dangerously. It's not that sharp. Oh my god, it's delicious.
