Hey everybody, it's Hunter Scott.

I'm here in the Bear Den with my buddy.

Lons Adams.

And today we're gonna talk about the bear community

and what it means to us.

I remember whenever I first got into, you know,

accepting that I was a bear.

For years I thought I was this cute little twink

who wore polo shirts and jeans and clothes

that were way too small for my fucking big ass.

And I remember trying to be so clean and so proper

and wear cologne and go out with all the other twinkie twunks

that were out at the bars and drink my martini.

I thought I was just so fucking special.

But I was basic as hell.

And I didn't know that I could just be myself

and just relax and wear shorts with a tank top

and not put on deodorant all the time

and let my beard go and just be gross as fucking possible

because I'm a man.

That's what bears are.

You know, they embody masculinity for the most part.

This isn't about being toxic either.

This is just a fact.

You know, it all comes from how we feel about our bodies

and how we accept our flaws and what we have

and how we make it all work.
