Well, honestly I think what we need to do here is replace this door trim here and make

sure we get a solid piece of 2x4 in here that's going to hold the door jamb together so that

we could properly put our molding back on here.

And then I think the best thing to do down here is to replace this floor molding here

and see if we can't get rid of the mold down there at the bottom. I think that's going

So if you take a look here, I'm going to shine my light here, if you take a look right here

you can see that this socket right here, it actually has mold around the socket. You can

see there where the mold is growing. So we're going to go ahead and take this whole piece

out and make sure we replace the whole thing because I think that's going to get rid of

your problem.

And then as well, up here towards the top, we can replace this as well.

And that will give you more stability here in this area.

Like I said, the main thing I think we need to do here is just get rid of the mold and

that situation will solve itself. Everything else will kind of solve itself.
