And I learned from one of the best PD at Insects, so I'm just going to share some of the things I've learned

from then and since then.

the main ropes that I use sizes are I use a

25 footer to 30 footer,

12 to 15 footer, 8 to 10 footer, and then a 6 footer.

Generally for the 25 to 30 sizes I have you know 8 to 10 on hand,

8 to 10 of the 15 footers, 8 to 10 of the

10 footers, and then 4 to 6 of the 6 footers.

The 6 footers usually tend out to be perfect for tying wrists.

This one's good for elbows, this one's good for body harnesses, and I'll show you you know all the different lengths. A lot of times

when we worked at Insects we had one size rope

basically when we first started and it was like 25 footers.

But that got really tedious racking around a chair leg you know so I went down to the 10 or 8 footer

so there would be a lot less rope than the big wrap around.

This is how we kind of, you don't have to do this. See how this is tight right here?

because this will just make her hands go numb faster. So what I like to do is kind of leave a little space right here

because I'm going to cinch that a little later. Now I do a couple wraps here that you're normal to see and
