You can put your arms on your shoulders, right?

And go this way.

And of course you can do the big circles.

and stretch your neck out a little bit. You can do them to the side.

Now if you do these ones, you actually get a stretch on your side too.

I'm going to do one more set.

And keep your stomach tight while you're doing that.
