Imagine that cold sinking into your skin, taking control of every nerve.
Now, I want you to take the ice and run it slowly along the skin, around your bones.

Let the cold penetrate.
This is me controlling every sensation, making you focus on that sharp icy feeling.

Now, take that ice cube and press it directly against your walls.

Hold it there.
