Hi, welcome back to JOI July and today we are playing High Card Low Card.
For those of you who have never played, it's a pretty simple game.

So the way the game works is I'm going to draw two cards and if the second one is...
Okay, so let's say I draw a two and then a king.
If the second one is higher, which in this case it is, then you get to masturbate, I
get to masturbate, everyone gets to masturbate.
It's amazing.
If the second card is lower, so let's say I draw a king followed by a four.
The four is lower, so then no one gets to masturbate.
It's just a tease.
