I'm good.
Alright, so I wanted to show you some things and I do apologize for the lack of quality
of this video but I was afraid that they were going to take away all this stuff that is
behind me.
Like I mentioned in another video about the deconstruction of the studio, this is part
of it.
This is the apartment, all the wood from the apartment that was upstairs.
And yes, it does stink as bad as it looks. Come follow me.
Here's some of the concrete blocks from the downstairs studio along with all the concrete tavers that we had that connected it to the main house in the studio.
I love stair cavers.
And here we have the metal pile. The guy separated all the rebar from the concrete and he's going to take that somewhere different.
The concrete behind me is a mixture of the foundation and the concrete block of the walls.
And here we have sand, a nice sub-base for the foundation of the studio.
One thing we have in South Florida is a lot of sand.
I guess my contractor found the septic tank.

Okay, cut. Let's try that again.
This will be all hauled away tomorrow.
They'll bring in clean fill and raise the elevation two feet
and start working on the gym.
