Good morning, everybody.
And welcome to day 13.
But now you should start to feel a little bit better.
Your shoulders should be a lot more limber.
And you should just be getting into the flow of how
things work.
So you wake up in the morning.
You know now you have to start stretching.
And you feel good about it.
Don't think of it as my body hurts.
You think of, oh, I'm a little tight.
Let's go stretch it out.
At least I hope you guys are.
I try to encourage you guys because you're
the only ones that can do it.
It's how you think about your mind,
how you think about your body, how
you think about the things you want to do on your day,
every day.
And you want to be positive.
Have a good spirit.
You make your day.
So if you're going to be grumpy and miserable,
you're going to be grumpy and miserable.
But you can blow that off and say, you know what?
It's a great day.
I'm up.
I'm alive.
You know, I know not everybody can think like that.
I have so many friends that some of them have pill addiction.
Some of them are dying of cancer.
Some of them are going to divorce.
But it's the circle of life.
You have to focus on things in your life
that you have the ability to change
how you feel in your day.
So even though you may not be where you want to be right now,
