Hello guys, Julia Gross is here. Today is 23rd April of 2022 and today is 22nd day of our face fitness
and today we are going to make a bit easier training. It will be 2 exercises less and each exercise will be little bit less by timing
just 5-10 seconds less. Why? Because I'm feeling myself very weak because today started my first day of women's days
and in this period I'm feeling a bit not well. So, today I'm going to do easier exercise and let's learn together
how to balance our exercises depending on our current condition. For this, welcome to join my website juliagross****

So, what is first? Our first exercise we do angry eyebrows and with our fingers we have to move them to the sides.
Just don't be angry.
3, 2, 1, 55 seconds. Let's do it.
Bend your eyebrows and add forehead wrinkles and stretch.
Here actually it doesn't matter which fingers do you use. It's important that you make your eyebrows together
and with your fingers you try to stretch them to the sides.
