and today is 35th day of GBP challenge
and this is super amazing 35th day
only 5 days after today left until end of our challenge
So, today we are going to continue our normal plan of training
and we are going to start right now
and for this I will remove my beige color panties
and give it to you virtually

Ok, so let's start our super training
and make our bodies amazing
Our first exercise is going to be stretching of our spine
and for that we have to stand on our knees
and do like this

It's almost done. Stand on your knees.

This is quite hard exercise and this exercise is called Scano.
In this exercise we have to stand on our knees and then put our body back.
50 seconds.
You must bend your torso backwards to reach your feet.

I did it. Oh my god. This is hard and this exercise is very good for making our spine rounded.
Not like this but another side.
Okay, let's do it. Nice exercise. Get couch.
