and today is 37th day of our *** challenge
so this is actually amazing, I feel myself completely different from beginning and until now
and I hope you train together with me and you feel your body changes as well
so let's start our training, today we are going to do also normal plan of our exercises
and for this I have to remove my beautiful white paintings which I will pass to you this virtually now

ok, so let's start our training now
and our training starting from quite hard warming up exercise, it's called camel
so we have to stand on our knees

try to not fall down and stay more straight
