I'm going to be your personal trainer today.
I'm going to see if I can whoop you into some shape, you know, take you through a few
workouts and see where you're at.

Just like what I'm really looking for, just to work on my shoulders, my arms, my abs,
like specifically, basically the whole body workout, but I can just get in shape.

going to have you do some lunges.

push-ups, see how many push-ups you can do and, you know.

just as long as I'm all trained.
