Howdy, it's been a very long time since I've done this, but I'm still nursing and we're
coming up on a year and I have made the decision to kind of stop pumping altogether because
I had a bad drought.
I had my milk supply deplete like almost completely and I've been working on trying to build it
back up and I found that hand expressing has been pretty good to me and it's been, it's
really quick so I just expressed this in like three minutes.
So, because of the laws of YouTube, I'm not going to, I have to be a little discreet otherwise
the video is going to be deemed inappropriate, blah blah... blah, but I will show
you how fast this works.
But, see I can't look and talk because I have to focus on expressing, but look.
