Last time I was here I did a little bit of a PR of 100s. I'm hoping to beat that today.
I've been working out a little bit more at home. I only have 50s so I did do my 50x50 dumbbell challenge.
50 pound dumbbell reps, 50 dumbbells for 50 reps.
Anyways, had too much pre-workout.
I'm going to start off with 60s today and work my way up and see where I end up.
