Okay, well hi everybody. Welcome to today's leg workout.

So today I'm just going to continue working my legs.

We're going to work on opening the hips.

Okay, so you're just going to come up into that squat position.

Open the legs, lean forward, and you're just holding this position, okay?

Take some deep breaths.

Let the head come down. You're stretching the back of the neck.

Keep the shoulders rolled down and back.

Deep breath in and out.

In and out.

In and out. Let the body stretch.

Keep everything engaged to the core.

Now if you're having trouble just holding this position,

you can take a yoga block and put it on there to sit on.

As you get stronger, you're not going to need that block.

From here, we're just going to lift up and down.

That's one.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Eight.

Nine.

Ten. Starting to feel the burn now.

Eleven. One more.

Ten more.

And drop it down. Good job.

Those are not easy to do, alright?

But if you keep doing them, I mean I was at eight, now I'm at twelve, so, you know.

The more you do it, the stronger you get.

Alright, so we're going to open up now and you're just going to lean forward.

Stretching the inner thighs.

Okay. Come up.

And after you stretch the inner thighs far back, you're going to work on that frog pose.
