So just kind of stand up,

just move the hips left and right.

Nice and slow.

Okay, we're gonna curve over the window to the sea.

You can keep the arms apart

or you can connect them like so

and stretch to the side.

I'm gonna stretch up

and then stretch to the right.

Arms up.

Back to the center, reach up.

Now we're just gonna do a couple of these

and start to move in a little bit of a flow here.

Take a breath in and out.

Okay, we're gonna let go of the hands

and we're just gonna take a deep breath in,

bring the arms up and fold forward.

Nice deep breath in.

Keep the core engaged.

Walk the hands forward just a little bit.

Lift forward and press back.

It's a very small movement.

Nice deep breaths here.

Roll it back and forth.

Now we're gonna step out just a little bit,

raise and lower the heels.

Core engaged.

Fingertips, palm, wrists with the hands,

shoulders press back.

Deep breath in, press it forward.

And exhale and press the heels back down.

Lift the head.

And roll the shoulders up.

Feel that stretch.

Okay, we're gonna walk the hands forward.

Roll it up.

Vertebrae by vertebrae.

And we're gonna take a deep breath

and open up into goddess pose.

So legs are shoulder width apart, feet are facing out.
