That morning I didn't feel like going to class.

I was mentally exhausted and going to campus would only remind me that I had no money

to pay for next semester.

I was stressed enough, so I decided to release some stress by going to the gym.

Moving my body and building up some endorphins would probably help me with that.

I had already gotten dressed and grabbed my sports bag when my phone rang.

It was my mother.

I picked up.

"Hello darling!"

"Hi mom."

"I suppose you were wondering why I didn't come last night?"

"Dad already told me."

"I thought as much.

I should have called you before, but I was in a terrible mood.

I didn't want to go on and off you."

Blah blah, sorry guys.

"I understand, but mom, what's going on accidentally?"

"Got fed up.

What's going on?"

"I couldn't keep living like that with your father."

"He said you had an affair."

"Well, yeah, I'm seeing someone else.

A co-worker.

Well, he's my boss, in fact."

"Did you spend the night at his home?"
