We are again in this remote location and it's super cold, so even I'm not that crazy to perform

only in my top and leggings. So today none of you can complain that the only thing I do here

is showing my boobs.

you can focus only on fencing. Today we are doing one of my favorite rapier

drills which you have probably seen a lot on my insta stories because

it's super cool. It helps you to defend against the most popular rapier ******.

We'll be using something called a long parry which is a parry which close your

outer line and simultaneously hit your opponent. This exercise is also great for

for you to get used to walking in circles because if you do it in line it

just won't work. In this exercise it is crucial to do it fluently without any

breaks because in a real fight you can't you just can't do any steps. It is the

moment when your opponent hits you or you get a double hit which is even

worse. So you can do it as slow as you want but make sure that one move
