I've got these big old hard thick muscle and it's used for causing a lot of damage.
My favorite thing to damage are a round pair of balls.
I'm going to use all my muscular muscle girl power to really impose my will on these
pair of balls right here.
That's that quad flex.
I'm going to use these balls of my powerful thighs.
Or maybe I'll use my powerful fist, my veiny forearms to really punch it.
Slap.
Give it a big beating with these big old biceps.
You can just see them biceps flex.
If I quickly snap that punch back and forth.
Oh yeah.
Can't neglect the other leg.
It's just as powerful.
You can just see that muscle flex.
It's so defined.
You can just see that muscle rip as I use it to kick these balls.
You can just see that calf muscle flex.
Grab it.
You can just see my veins come out of my muscular forearm.
Just see my bicep peak pop up as I squeeze.
Grip it and squeeze.
And punch.
I like to really grab them and squeeze.
You can see my triceps just flex.
This is the tricep ball flex.
This is a great workout too.
You're not only working out your tricep.
But you're working out his balls.
You can alternate.
From your tricep squeezing to your quad kicks.
And you can just punch again.
You can't neglect that upper body.
And then you want to squeeze again.
