Hi, it's me, it's Monica, and I'm here today to talk to you about wigs.

I get asked this a lot, and some of you may think, "Well, of course,"

and then some of you might think, "No, I can totally see that. I get both sides of the coin."

No, this long, beautiful, black hair is not my real hair. I am wearing a wig.

I can tell you this, though. My mom has her hair, to this day, just like how my wig is right now.

And what's funny is, at the time that I bought this wig, my mom actually had brown hair.

She hadn't started dying it black yet. So I guess you could say I kind of had this hair before my mom.

But from what I do know, based on the hair that I have, if I were to let my hair just grow out

and dye it black, this is what it would look like.

So, a long, long time ago, many years ago, I went into a wig shop, a local wig shop in town,

and basically, at the time, I was preparing for my first night out as Monica.

It was a birthday party that I was going to, dressed in a costume. It was a cheerleading costume.
