I'm pretty good as far as like, the only time I really wear tennis shoes is when I'm teaching my classes, but when I teach cycling I wear cycling shoes.

And I do have some very unattractive orthopedic, like, titanal...

Go ahead and scrunch your toes and then relax them.

And can you spread your toes?

So a little bit, but not a whole lot.

Okay, and do you have any problems with your feet now?

No, I've had some issues with this right ankle recently,

and the physical therapist has had to kind of unjam my ankle.

I've noticed when I teach Pilates,

when we do this very final stretch

that involves the underneath part of the toes...

And go ahead and scrunch your toes.

I thought you never had anybody do this before.

Not like this, no.

Okay, and then go ahead and wiggle your toes.

And is it hard to do that?

Does it hurt?

Just go ahead and keep wiggling them.
