Hello, welcome to Macy's Bake Show.
Today I have pulled out my favorite recipe.
It is my banana bread.
I have already searched about the ingredients right here.
I was going to tell you though,
there is like a specific type of banana that you need.
These ones, they're okay,
but you really want a banana that looks like this.
The darker, the better.
So my oven is already preheated to 325.
I have already greased very well
an eight and a half or eight and a half
by five inch loaf pan.
You know, mash them all up.
There.
To get it really mashed.
You see that?
You see how they look all mashed in there like that?
They're actually so perfect.
Banana bread is my favorite recipe.
My family used to make it all the time,
but I just, it makes the house smell so good.
Now, like I said, this is my favorite
like weekend, Sunday snack.
My favorite part, oh, I love it so much.
So you can take a little bit of the bigger style,
crunchy ones, and then you can also mix it.
So I just sprinkle a few over the top like so.
Now you don't have to do as much,
but I am a huge Walnut fan.
So the more nuts, the better.
Now, everybody's oven is different,
but I usually stick mine in for about 50,
55 minutes to start.
I'll check on it.
If the top is not as like brown as I want,
