and today we are going to be doing the 200 squat challenge.
First, we're gonna start off with some stretches
just to warm up our bodies,
but don't worry, we will be here to assist you.
I have my assistant, Brad,
and we can't wait to get started.
Okay, so we're gonna start off with our first stretch.
Here we go, just lean to the left.
Ooh, yeah, I can feel it right in here.
Right, Brad?
Feel it.
Oh, feel that burning stretch?
And now we're gonna do the other side
'cause you always wanna make sure
that you equal both sides out.
So, deep stretch on the right.
Oh yeah, I can feel it right here.
Doesn't it just feel so good?
This is gonna warm you up for our 200 squat challenge,
which is gonna be very intense.
We can also do, I like this one, Brad.
This one's Brad's favorite.
Just stretching your shoulders, arm,
and the other side.
This, and we'll stretch there.
Ooh, do you feel your body's warming up?
I know mine is.
Okay, and just kind of stretch up.
You can lock your fingers, go up like that.

Okay, I also like to kind of just get on my tippy toes
so I can stretch my feet and my calves.
Just stretch as high as you can, like that.
