So, I heard that you want to improve a few things.

Yeah, basically I don't really like my butt or my legs.

I think they're all too small.

Okay, so exercise definitely can do a lot for you.

Yeah.

So, we should start with some stretching.

It's always good to stretch first.

I'm going to actually help you.

I've done my stretching for the morning.

If you just want to stretch those arms out real good.

Just give a big stretch.

I'm going to feel it all through here.

Okay, if you want to stretch down, just check out your butt here.

It's not the best.

It's a little firm.

You can do some squats or something to help that out.

Not bad.

Now come back up.

Okay, so the first exercise we are going to do is some squats actually since you want to work on the back.

Basically what I want you to do, you can do it with or you can do it without since you're a starter.

Watch my backside, okay?

You want to get your feet spread apart and stick your butt out.

And then you squat.

You have a really nice butt by the way.
