Okay, so you take your nipple cream.
You're literally just going to apply it to the nipple and just spread it around.
Especially in the areas that you have cracked nipples and things like that.
But yeah, I mean that's pretty much all there is to it.
There's really not much to it than that.
And then it really just air dries.
But I would honestly just kind of let it sit.
I wouldn't immediately put my shirt over it just because you really want to make sure
that it kind of hits the air and it has time to heal and everything.
And also it does say on there it is safe for mom and baby.
So if you want to breastfeed.
