Doesn't somebody look bright eyed and mushy today?
I am the bearer of good news. I've come by to tell you that the doctor says that all
your vitals are stable and you should be ready to leave to tomorrow. You know, obviously
we'll sort you out with your transport and everything. I know you're still going to be
feeling a bit fuzzy for a while after all that. It's a pretty nasty accident. You know,
you should have seen your wife come in afterwards. Gosh, she was distraught. But, um, you know,
I'm glad to see that you're on your way to getting back and better. Obviously, it sounds
harsh, but it's pretty good to see you go. Well, obviously, you know, I can't wait to
get a shot of you. I'm really glad to see that you're well. But at the same time, I'm
also pretty good at you. You have started to fast become my favourite patient. I'm going
to miss you and all those bed baths that I've got to give you. Now, just before you
go and everything, we're going to sort you out with a few quick ones over, you know,
to check your blood pressure. You know, standard hospital policy. And, well, I've been left
with the task of doing that. Or at least, well, that's what the other nurses have come
in here for. I thought, I might take a bite properly. Let me check out my real bedside
