Good morning everybody.

I'm gonna do a flow today to get my mind moving.

So working on my shoulder

because it feels like it doesn't quite go down to the curb.

Well, that's what two and a half months of schooling does when you're looking down.

It's probably just everything needs to be realigned.

But you guys get the idea.

Just create your own flow.

What does your body need today?

Now I can recommend the basic stuff.

Neck rotation, shoulder stretch, twisting, deep breathing, relaxing.

Those are all things that you can do.

That you should do every practice.

As well as add what you need for your mind.

Back to center.

Bring your legs in.

Good.

You always want to stretch the hamstrings.

That stretches your lower back.

But you can do lots of other things while you're doing that too.

You can work on your toes.

Just by moving each toe.

And if you've got frozen feet and you don't know it.

All of a sudden you're just moving your toes.

And you're going to be like, "I didn't know my toes were frozen."

But since I've started doing individual toe work and bending my toes down.

I'm discovering I'm getting a little more mobility in the bottoms of my feet.

They aren't as sore when I stand on them all day.

Just take time. Make it your own stretch.
