So it's been a while since you took a little time off for a while, yeah, from this?
Yeah, I had to get right.
Stand up for me.
You gotta give me a little flex, let me show off a little.
It's not like you work out or anything, right?
No, not at all, never.
How often are you in the gym now?
It really depends, like right now I'm doing three full body workouts a week as far as weight training goes,
and I'm doing three days of swimming. So six days of exercise, one day just to totally recover.
So swimming as opposed to other types of cardio, most people run on a treadmill, or why do you like swimming?
Swimming burns way more calories than any of that for one, and for two I swam growing up.
Was that like your sport?
Yeah, swimming and wrestling.
Very cool. And that's an interesting combo because usually swimmers are pretty lean and wrestlers are bulky.
Yeah.
Which did you like better, any?
I was better at swimming, so I probably liked that better.
What was your best stroke?
I did a maul, it was 200 IM, mainly did backstroke and butterfly, but I like a maul.
