So I'm out and about at the moment. I'm with family but I wasn't that prepared

but I have one of these stored in my luggage in my suitcase so I've just torn

it off this time these are those storage bags where you'll see name and date it

I'm just about to pop out so baby stay with grandma. I'm just going to open it up

I'm not going to be out that long but just need to sort of... I always open up the bottom

just so it's got a bit of a base. The bags are sterilized themselves

they are sterile until you break the seal and I have said it before you don't

sterilize your nipples or anything like that so I'm not terribly concerned. I should

wear nursing bras. So just going to see how much so what I will do I'll actually

start expressing and try not to get disrupted or stop what I'm doing and

then we'll just see how much I can actually make obviously people do so

much milk at different rates but this is

just how much I can produce on hand expressing. I can feel that I may stop

because I can feel it leaking over my finger a bit so I just need to reposition

and I just keep the nipple over the edge of the bag

And then I'm not doing it just from the tip of the nipple, it's from behind the whole breast.

just counting one two three four five six I have about six milk ducts all opening at the same time
