So today we are going to do a little bit of neck stretching and I am using my yoga strap

today.

If you don't have a yoga strap you can use a towel, a pair of pants or anything just

to hold on to.

But I highly recommend you guys get a cloth yoga strap.

I don't like the elastic band ones because they are stretchy.

And also because a lot of them have latex in it.

So I try to recommend things that are non-toxic.

Because I am allergic to latex.

Ok so we are going to just start.

You just want to close your eyes.

And just do some neck circles.

Nice deep breathing.

Now if you're sitting on the yoga ball, you want to make sure your core is tight.

You want your feet about shoulder width apart.

And if you feel like you're kind of off balance or dizzy, just keep your eyes open.

Inhale when your heart is back.

Exhale as you come forward.

We need to go really slow here.

There's no hurry.

You want to just stretch into those tight areas.

And reverse.

So inhale when your head is back.

And exhale as you come forward.

Keep your core tight.

Okay, now it's going to take some deep breaths.

I want you to roll your shoulders down and back.

Sit up nice and tall like somebody is pulling you up from the sky.

And imagine a white light around you.

You're breathing in the white light.
