Trainer. And today I'm going to show you some exercises that you too can do at
home. Don't I look good? Don't you think there's some soccer moms out there that
could probably use some help? There's probably a whole bunch of men out there
too that could use a little bit of help. So I'm going to show you a few things
and you can let me know how it works out at home. Let's see. One of the first
things that I like to do are squats. So this is a proper stance for your squat.
You want to stand with your legs about shoulder width apart and now you can do
it either with weights or without. For this I'm going to show you how to do it
without weights.
So you stand shoulder width apart and you go all the way down, butt out, and all the
way up.
All the way down and all the way up.
I guarantee if you do three sets of 15 for the next 30 days, you too will be able to
see some results.

How about for your derriere?
I've got something right up your alley.
First thing you need to do is lay down.
You put your feet shoulder width apart again and you raise your butt up, squeeze, raise
your butt down.
Release.
Raise your butt up, squeeze, raise your butt down.
Now the next one is raise your butt up, squeeze your legs in and out.
