going to be doing middle box splits. I'm going to be doing stretches for beginners and advanced,

and I'm going to be showing a few variations of each stretch. Just make sure if you are doing this,

you are spending a couple of minutes in each stretch. So I'm going to take a quick moment to

let's get started with this yoga video.

and when you get down here, place your hands on the floor and rotate your feet out

and just spend a minute here

and you're going to slowly go up and down

and do this about 10 times

And now I will show you on another angle.

And then when you finish, you want to stay in your squat position and go like this.

Put your hands, arms on your knees, keep your back straight, just push out and hold this

for a few seconds.

Then you'll come to the center and take one leg into a side lunge.

If you can't come here, just stay here like this.

When you're more flexible you can bring in a bit further down.

Then come to this position and hold this for a minute or two.
