Okay, well hello everybody.
I'm going to continue on with today's
stretching hip mobility and just to get,
you know that's what it's about.
You gotta get your hips moving.
So until you get them all unstuck,
you're gonna be in pain.
So an easy way, easy mobility,
and I'm gonna use the wall.
And just come up on your hands and knees like this.
And basically you just stretch forward and backwards.
Okay.
Just go very slow here.
You can just do it in a ******* pose.
Or if you want to get a little bit more out of it,
if you're a little bit more advanced.
But just doing this, you're gonna feel
your hips starting to open.
So just go really slow.
You can put a mat underneath your knees if you need to.
You can roll up a towel or blanket.
All right, you can also lower down.
This is where the mobility part comes.
Just stretching your pelvis down.
Just go slow.
And then come back up.
All right, what this one does, it works the hips.
You're also stretching the abdominals here.
Abdominals.
Shoulders down and back.
You can look up to the ceiling.
And come back.
All right, now you can stretch out.
You can lower down to the ground.
Roll it up.
Relax your glutes here.
Tighten your core.
Exhale back.
Down.
Inhale, exhale, roll up.
And back to center.
