So that gravity just naturally pulls on them very gently.

I think often the biggest mistake that we make when we're trying to get more flexible

is that we use too much *****, too much pushing.

Personally I've found that I've gotten way better results once I learn to ease off a

little bit.

It sounds counterintuitive, but it's really worked quite well for me.

So take another two deep breaths here, in and out through your nose.
